Workstation Options

Within RiVA nimbus, geotechnical workstations are provided by Remote Visualization Servers (RVS). The RVS are separated into several series in order to address the wide variety of requirements presented to us by our customers. Your private cloud can be customized by selecting RVS in any combination.

P-series

Provides extreme performance to address exceptionally demanding workloads. Using dedicated hardware, these large memory workstations employ the most powerful Intel and nVidia processors available.

Optimized for high performance. Each RVS hosts four 256GB virtual workstations, each with a dedicated nVidia GM204 GPU. These workstations are suitable for workflows such as seismic interpretation.

Provides a balance between performance and cost. Each RVS hosts eight 128GB virtual workstations, each with a dedicated nVidia GM107 GPU. These workstations are suitable for more moderate geotechnical workflows.
